Incyta Multilanguage, SL complies with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, and informs users of its data protection policy so that they may freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide the personal data that may be requested for the purposes of subscribing to or registering for some of the services offered. Except in the fields that indicate otherwise, the responses to questions about personal data are voluntary. The personal data collected will be treated confidentially and they will be collected for the purposes of managing and providing the services offered by Incyta Multilanguage, SL. The personal data provided by the user may be subject to processing in automated files that are the property and responsibility of Incyta Multilanguage, SL, and therefore the user undertakes to guarantee their accuracy. At any time, the user may request their right to access, rectify, delete their personal data from the files owned by Incyta Multilanguage, or oppose to its processing. To exercise their right, the user only has to either send an email to incyta@incyta.com stating their name, surname/s and their wish to change or erase their data, or send a request in writing to Incyta Multilanguage, SL, c/ Riera de Sant Miquel, 3, 2.º 1.ª, 08006 Barcelona, submitting a request signed by the person exercising their right, together with a photocopy of their identification document.

Our company uses Gmail, a service provided by Google for sending and receiving emails, and Google Drive, an application for creating, sharing and storing files. These tools are the property of Google Inc., a Delaware company with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View (California), CA 94043, USA (‘Google’).

Google Inc. is a supplier located in the USA, and on 6 October 2015, Commission decision 2000/520/EC was declared invalid by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). The decision established the appropriate level of protection of guarantees for the international transfer of data to the USA under the Safe Harbor Agreement.

Incyta Multilanguage, SL, in compliance with the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPD), informs you that it plans to continue carrying out international data transfers to the USA, under the derogations provided for in Article 34 of the LOPD. For this reason, when sending any enquiry form or consultation or assignment email, the user expressly accepts the possible international transfer of data. Incyta Multilanguage, SL assures total confidentiality and privacy of the personal data it collects and, for that purpose, it has implemented security measures to prevent the alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access and thereby guarantee their integrity.

Likewise, you are informed that the personal data in our possession about your company will be included in a file belonging to Incyta Multilanguage, SL, in order to reply to the enquiries and orders received, as well as manage clients and suppliers.
